Title: The Relationship Between Stress Levels and Performance Levels of Employees in Accommodation Enterprises

Abstract: As one of the important psychological factors, stress is not only affecting human life but also is an important organizational behavior concept for business organizations. Therefore, stress has been an issue for many studies. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the relationship between stress level and performance level of the employee and its shape in accommodation enterprises. This study was carried out on 148 employees of 3, 4, and 5 stars hotels in Ankara. The questionnaire form was used to collect data from the sample. The data were analyzed in statistical program by using Qudratic regreation, T and ANOVA tests. According to the results of this analysis the relationship between stress level and performance level of the employee was found significant and its shape was determinate as curving. Also significant differantion was determinated stress level and performance level of employee in term of some demographic factors.
