Abstract: It is well known that atmospheric turbulence severely limits the applications based on the laser propagation though the atmosphere. The most common disturbances occurring due to the atmospheric turbulence are beam spreading, beam wandering, and scintillation. These effects are continuously changing in response to atmospheric conditions. In this study, we create a Non-Kolmogorov turbulence model which is based on the geometrical optics approximation and the property of Gamma function and integrate with in Gaussian beam analytically. This approach helps us to understand the propagation of the laser beam at different wavelengths in the atmospheric turbulence.
