Abstract: Kikuchi-Fujimoto Disease (KFD) is a rare, benign disease of unknown etiology characterized by cervical lymphadenopathy and fever. We herein report 4 cases, 3 women and a man, aged 25-45 years. The clinical and laboratory findings of the cases indicated autoimmune diseases and hematological malignancies. The histopathological examination clarified the diagnosis, despite the nonspecific character of the clinical presentation. Otolaryngologists should be familiar with this rare disease and consider the disease in differential diagnosis in order to provide full recovery and avoid further examinations and unnecessary interventions. © 2018 by Türkiye Klinikleri.
