| dc.description.abstract | Since early December of 2019, an outbreak of 2019 corona virus disease (COVID-19) in Wuhan China. Virus has spread quickly around China. The recent an outbreak of (COVID-19) has reached worldwide proportions. On February 20 2020, the firs case of COVID -19 was confirmed in Italy. The other European countries followed Italy such as Spain England, and Germany. Corona virus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has forced hospitals worldwide to progressively reduce surgical volumes to both minimize disease transmission within the hospital, and to preserve human and personal protective equipment and other resources needed to care for COVID-19 patients. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Koronavirüs hastalığı (COVID-19) 2019 yılı Aralık ayı başlarında Çin in Wuhan şehrinde ortaya çıkmış, virus hızla Çin e yayılmıştır. Hastalığın (COVID-19 ) 2020 Şubat ayını bulmuştur. Virüs Avrupa da ilk İtalya'da görülmüş, İspanya İngiltere ve Almanya gibi ülkeler İtalya'yı takip etmiştir. Korona virüs hastalığı süresince hastaneler dünya genelinde hastalığın yayılımını minimuma indirmek, koruyucu ekipmanların ve diğer kaynakların korona virüs hastalarında kullanımını sağlamak için ameliyat sayılarını azaltmışlardır. | tr_TR |
