Dr. Kakaç is the editor of International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, member of the Honorary Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, an Associate Editor-In-Chief of the International Journal of Thermal Sciences, and the member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Experimental Thermal and Fluid Sciences. He presented seminars at various universities throughout Europe, USA, PR China, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Brazil, and Taiwan as an invited speaker and reviews extensively journal papers and National Science Foundation (NSF) and other agency proposals.
