Biography
She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. She completed her master s and doctorate in Ankara University Social Sciences Institute in the field of Public Law. She did her doctoral research in the Department of Administrative Law at the University of Hamburg, Faculty of Law. She worked in International Institutions and Organizations in Turkey and abroad. She gave lectures at various foundation universities in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir. She continues her academic career at TOBB ETU Faculty of Law.
