Biography
He was born in 1965. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1986. He graduated from Selcuk University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law in 1988 with LLM degree and in 1991 with PhD degree. He worked as doctoral lecturer between 1993 and 1998 and as associate professor between 1998 and 2001 at Selçuk University Faculty of Law. He was appointed as a professor at Gazi University Faculty of Law in 2008 and continued to work there until 2017. He worked at Antalya Bilim University Faculty of Law between 2017 and 2019. In 2020, he started to work at TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Faculty of Law. He works in the fields of administrative law and administrative judicial procedure.
