Biography

Dr Sevcan Yardım Şener has graduated from METU Industrial Design in 2007. She completed her master’s study (2013) on the construction of future perception through design elements at the Hacettepe University department of interior architecture and environmental design. She completed her PhD (2019) at the University of Liverpool in collaboration with Bentley Motors company on designing for luxury automotive HMI systems and driving experiences. Since 2019, she is working as a lecturer in the department of industrial design at TOBB ETU. Her research interests include user/driver experience and perception of luxury through design.
